Hi, I’m Katie — founder of Ayers Consultancy.

I started Ayers Consultancy because I wanted to create training and support that actually feels real, not tick-box, not overwhelming, but practical, engaging, and built around people. After years of working with children, young people, and teams in outdoor and educational settings, I saw how the right guidance and environment can completely change confidence, skills, and outcomes. I knew I wanted to be part of that change.

My approach is simple, keep it real, keep it supportive, and make learning something you enjoy. Whether I’m delivering First Aid training, working with schools, or supporting teams, I aim to create relaxed, welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable to learn, ask questions, and leave feeling confident in what they can do.

I’m passionate about helping people grow in confidence, build practical skills, and feel ready for whatever comes their way and that’s at the heart of everything I do.
